Like a Butterfly
My name is a cool story. my mom and dad were undecided about which name they would choose for me, they
had many options like Laura Sofia, Ariadna Sofia, Daniela, and others. One day
my mom called her best friend Katherin, and they were talking about me because I was
the sensation of the moment. Katherin told my mom that Nicol was a great
name with a good meaning and then, my mom asked my dad if the name Nicol was a
good option. he agreed with that.
One
of my names had to be Sofia and the other one Nicol, but Sofia Nicol does not
sound good the correct order is Nicol Sofia. So, what does Nicol Sofia mean? Nicol
means "peoples of victory" and Sofia "wise". There is
when my parents know that I was going to be a wise girl with victory. In
Colombia it is common to have two names, I think each Colombian have it. Also, it's
important to have both last names, the mother's last name and the father's last
name and I love that, and I love my name either because is cool and
original.
Beautiful name. My sister liked the Disney cartoon called Sofia the First. Now I can told her the meaning of Sofia. Thank you.
